Blues Fest kicked off its 17th year with jam sessions and a CD release party for Larry Donn Gillihan's brand new CD "Burning!." Larry Donn was delighted to find many old music playing buddies at the festival and took the stage for a few numbers for old time's sake.
Other performers included: Hairy Larry and The Flying Hungarians, The Mudcats, Ricky Rooker, Bob Garrison, George Hinds, Shane Chastain, Jim Bishop and Bill "MadDog" Beebe.
The Hungarians hosted the jams and got the party started with a few of their own numbers. After Scott Mathes joined them on lead guitar the jams were definitely under way.
Karen Lee from the Black Ties gave the crowd a couple of songs and as usual the Hungarians filled the stage with divas.
