Jerry Paswaters is a Springfield,Mo. musician.
Jerry has been playing Electric Bass in many Band formats in the Springfield,Mo area playing Blues,Jazz,Pop,Classic R&B,Classic & Current Rock,Classic & Current Country,Soul,and Fusion jazz.Jerry also lived in the Southeast Kansas area in the earlier 1980 s where he played just about every town in that part of the state.
Jerry started playing the Bass around 1972.Inspired by Rock acts such as Grand Funk Railroad,The James Gang,Cream,Led Zeppelin,Hendrix and many other aggresive styled Rockers...Jerry came in to his own style of Bass Playing and has applied that style in many other types of Music. Along with playing cover material in various Bands,Jerry also has written well over 100 tunes in the styles of Rock,Blues,R&B,Fusion Jazz,and Soul.
Whatever format Jerry plays in,you can bet his bass playing will have Drive. "Groove is everything, and everything must groove" someone once said. Words were never truer.Catch Jerry in a venue near you!
