Angie Owens kicked off the day with some great orignal material. Angie is a performing songwriter who has been a regular guest at Sunday In The Park and also at Blues Fest.
Also appearing were Ricky Rooker and The South Wind Band. Ricky's band drove in from Mississippi to perform. Ricky's dad, uncle, and his grandmother performed with him. Talk about a musical family.
Ricky and his father Rick Rooker Sr. are regulars at Sunday In The Park as well. You can always count on them to entertain the audience.
