The Bill Gage Band took the stage on June 6 and gave a tremendous performance but it was the kids that stole the show.
Lance Caughron and Seth Gage, the three-year-old grandsons of Bill Gage have the picking and grinning down and what they lack in skills is more than made up for by their charm. Ashley and Kelsey Gage, also appeared with the band. These girls have dynamite voices. Ashley, Kelsey, and Seth are the children of Shannon Gage.
Playing with the Bill Gage band are Bill Gage lead guitar and vocals, Shannon Gage, Bill's son, guitar and vocals, Lil Bill Williams drums, and Leon Goff on Bass. Sitting in with the band was Dennis Mathes on slide guitar.
Also playing at the park were Hairy Larry and Randy Gambill of The Mudcats and Hairy Larry and The Flying Hungarians.
The photo at the top of the page is Bill Gage and the photo below is from left: Shannon Gage, Ashley Gage, and Bill Gage. In the back on steel is Dennis Mathes and in front are Lance Caughron in the white hat and Seth Gage playing their guitars for the crowd.
