Best regards from Glenmoore, Pennsylvania!
The Rivers Rockabilly Trio are as follows:
Stu "The River" Frederick - Guitar
Rich "The Mighty" McKenzie - Bull Fiddle
JB "Memphis" Smith - Drums and Acoustic Guitar
The pictures shown are from our first night playing a great 100-year-old theater called the Colonial in Phoenixville PA. We had named our tribute show "ROCKABILLY DAYS!" Then I found the articles by Larry Donn right here at DeltaBoogie! Our respects to the man from Bono; we're right on the same page. I also have a page on Rockabilly History myself. Check it out if you have the time. As Carl Perkins put it, "They Called it Rockabilly LONG before they called it Rock'n'Roll!"
By the way, check out www.TheColonialTheater.com to learn more about the theater where they filmed the 1958 classic, THE BLOB!
