Driving Instructions once you reach Jonesboro, Arkansas

To reach the festival site take the 1B or Southwest Drive exit off of the 63 bypass. Take the frontage road (Parker Road) once you get on 1B or Southwest Drive. Take Culberhouse Road from Parker Road. The park is located off of Culberhouse Road. There are signs for Craighead Forest Park along these roads.

Here are detailed instructions for getting to the site after you are in Craighead Forest Park. After entering the park you will come to a stop sign. Turn right and continue until you see a baseball field on your left. Take Access Road 6 just past the ball field. Turn right at the fork. Parking is available along the roadway and in the large parking lot across from the bandshell. The festival site will be roped off to provide safety for the audience.

Festival Info

There is no seating at Blues Fest. Bring a blanket or lawn chair for comfort. There will be concessions available at the festival. You are welcome to bring a picnic. Coolers are permitted. Craighead Forest is located in a dry county so alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the grounds.

Special Thanks

To Jonesboro Parks and Recreation for allowing us to borrow the park for Blues Fest and Sunday In The Park.

To the many volunteers who staff Blues Fest and work so untiringly.

To the musicians who make Blues Fest possible. Their donations of time and talent are unparalelled in most festivals. Please let them know how much you appreciate them. Remember these folks are performing for free.
