Kicking us off tonight we heard Robert Cray with one he wrote called "Nice As A Fool Can Be". The Barrelhouse Kings 1998 CD, "go to the river" features all originals written by Chris Kohlehmainen with three of the tunes cowritten by Kandra Kohlemainen. Chis is guitarist for the band and both Chris and Kandra sing. The Barrelhouse Kings also feature Christopher M. Hipp, bass; John Lambert, drums; and Lee Raines, harmonica. They have a good band sound with the guitar and harmonica working well together and I really like their lyrics.
