Suzanne Michell and Uncle Fred performed their usual magic at Sunday In The Park. The Little Rock duo are multi-instrumental as well as talented songwriters.
Fred Wilson, aka Uncle Fred, has developed a loyal following around Northeast Arkansas and the audience waited in anticipation to see what the latest offering would be. His songs range from dramatic to hysterically funny.
Suzanne Michell has one of those voices that lulls you into that warm fuzzy state of being or sends trails of shivers up your spine. She can sing anything, jazz, blues, folk, country, rock and roll... you name it she can sing it.
Suzanne teaches music and she always encourages people to perform so before the day was over the stage was full of people having fun.
Here's a KGPL playlist featuring Suzanne and Fred. Some of the songs recorded June 4, 2006 and some recorded in 2007 as part of the Arkansas Blues Caravan.
Also performing on were Hairy Larry and Ricky Rooker, Jr. Pictured at the top of the page is Suzanne and at the bottom Fred. For more photos visit the photo gallery.
