Sunday In The Park audiences have heard some great bands over the years and the 8ght Mile Band lived up to everyone's expectations.
Band personel included Jim Keas, accoustic guitar and vocals; Frank Brogdon, violin; Alan Holloway, lead guitar and vocals; Jerry Sims, bass and vocals and Charlie Cooper, drums.
8ght Mile plays country seasoned up with a healthy dose of good old rock and roll. They also throw in a few surprise tunes here and there just to keep the audience guessing.
Also appearing were Hairy Larry, Bob Garrison and Carl Heyl. Hairy Larry always pulls out those great tunes that has everyone singing along. Not to mention his magic hats.
The day ended with a great jam session which included guest guitarist and vocalist Shane Chastain.
