7up Baked Ham
1 Ham (Boneless) 3 - 4 Pounds
1 12 Ounce Can of 7UP
Pineapple
Brown Sugar
Cloves
1 Roasting Bag
Stud ham with cloves, place ham in roasting bag, and pour in
7 up. Tie bag and leave in refrigerator over night. Roast in
oven and when almost done remove from bag and coat with
brown sugar and pineapple rings. Return to oven and let bake
until glaze has formed.
Barbeque Ribs
1 Rack of Ribs
1 Bottle of BBQ Sauce
1 Small Bottle Worshtershire Sauce
1 Lemon
Blend BBQ Sauce (Kraft Thick and Spicy is good) Worstershire
Sauce, and Sliced Lemon. Coat meat and let marinate for
several hours or over night in fridge. Remove from marinade
and grill over hot coals or roast in oven basting with
marinade frequently.
Also works well with chops or pork steak.
